An excellent quality D-SBD that many of you are very
familiar with, this Halloween '90 show was (and is)
spectacular even to this day. Reba is short and
sweet, but has a great little jam.. it is enormously
beautiful, and sends tingles of joy spiraling through
my Dasein. The Suzy is f*cking excellent (Mike
smokes!), and the Weekapaug has an energy that
boggles the mind (one of the funniest BBFCFMs,
taboot). To the Tweezer.. at approximately 9 minutes
and 15 seconds or so, this is assuredly NOT one of
the longer Tweezers, but with Zepplin 'Heartbreaker'
hints everywhere, and severe, very tight jams
throughout (no space!), it is an especially solid
version. Mike is very pronounced. This version does
not fit the 1994 "standard" Tweezer progression
(theme/lyrics-> jam ->theme/no lyrics/dies out).
Rather, it cuts short.. No revisit to the theme is
made after the slow/dying out end, as occurs in many
older versions (old Tweezers followed a theme/lyrics
-> jam -> theme/dies out -> brief return to the
theme). It just stops. I dub this the Heartbreaker
Tweezer, and would rate it (assuming 5.0 is average
on a 10.0 scale) to be a 5.5. An average Tweezer,
frankly, is GREAT, so please do not be misled by
such a subjective figure. (B-)
